La formation reprend de façon relativement détaillée (>50% du temps) l’ensemble du vocabulaire et des fondamentaux de la SC. Pour ma part extrêmement utile.

1ère partie : très bon résumé de l’état de l’art en SCM (qui inclut manufacturing). Présente rapidement et efficacement les fondamentaux du SCM et présente les outils du SCM et du Lean en les mettant au niveau où ils s’appliquent le mieux. 2ème partie (DDS&OP et DDMRP) : bonne presentation des innovations en SCM avec le lien (et les differences) avec les méthodes actuelles. La partie DDMRP est très compléte et concrète. A mon avis c’est une formation très pertinente dans le cadre d’un projet de (re)structuration de la SC, pour un nouveau comité de direction soi pour les fonctions non-specialists du SCM, soit pour les personnes en charge de SCM qui cherchent a avoir un résumé structué des bases méthodologiques du SCM.

I love the link of some scenes to the Missing Links book, to have a kind of storytelling throughout the course. This seems to be unique as an educational approach and could be much more leveraged.

DDSCF was indeed an eye opener in terms of agility in the supply chain management, with a very broad view on how to respond to demand in a quicker and more efficient way, by creating buffers at the right places along the entire chain.
