"It has shown me that one of the most important things during is the whole subject area of changing people´s attitudes and habits This course showed the complete picture and how to deal and overcome resistance to change. Obviously, this is not a course designed to have the same level of technical depth as a DDP or a DDL, but it great for a starter, a General Manager or as in my case an expert on the field that has to take into account the Change Management and the training new buffer. 

 

I brought a customer from Alumina from Colombia, he was really happy with the course, and eager to know more!!
